Mission of the JRH
Specialized in the field of rehabilitation medicine, the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital is an acute care hospital centre affiliated with McGill University.
As Regional Centre for rehabilitation services in Laval, the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital's mandate involves the dispensation and coordination of the best possible quality of patient care for its clientele. Multidisciplinary teams that share this fundamental goal offer services to maximize the individual's level of functional autonomy through the development of physical rehabilitation intervention and social and professional reintegration.
The Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital has committed itself to reducing the incapacities of the physically disabled, to cultivating their compensatory capabilities and to reducing the impact of their disability in the different aspects of their lives. It has pledged to adopt an approach centered on the person and his/her surroundings.
